In this tour package, you will be visiting the famous golden triangle cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur where you will get captivated by the stunning beauty of the architectural marvels created by the unique fusion of Rajputana and Mughal architecture. You will visit the City of Havelis, Mandawa which has a number of forts and havelis. You will experience the true taste of Rajasthani spices in Bikaner and enjoy the serene sunset while in a boat in one of the lakes of Udaipur. The city of Thar, Jaisalmer and the blue city of Jodhpur will welcome you with love and showcase the Rajasthani culture at its best. While in Pushkar, you will experience the religious devotion of the people.
Day 1: Delhi Arrival
Upon your arrival, you will be picked up by our staff member and escorted to your pre-booked hotel for some rest, the rest of the day is at leisure. Delhi is a hub for food junkies and Shopaholics, you can pay a visit to Paratha Gali of Chandani Chowk to try some delicious Indian food and Hauz Khas for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi – Mandawa
After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Mandawa, a small town in Jhunjhunu district, known for its forts and havelis. After taking some rest, you will be escorted for sightseeing to Mandawa Fort which was founded in the 18th-century by Thakur Nawal Singh. It is adorned with the frescoes of Lord Krishna and has a beautiful arched gateway. This fort has now been converted to a heritage hotel. You will also visit various Havelis including the Sewaram Saraf Haveli, a century-old Haveli, Ram Pratap Nemani Haveli, Aakharam Ka Haveli and also the Shekhawati Art Palace, Khemaniyon Ka Kuwa and the iconic Golden Haveli. Overnight stay at a hotel in Mandawa.
Day 3: Mandawa – Bikaner
Post breakfast, you will leave for Bikaner, the former capital of the princely state of Bikaner which was founded by Rao Bika in the 15th-century. Here, you can visit a number of palaces and forts like Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace and also the famous Prachina Museum which houses royal costumes, textile, portraits of former rulers, contemporary art, religious accessories, etc. The Bhandasar Jain Temple exhibits some amazing wall paintings and artwork. Later in the day, you can visit Gajner lake which is a part of a heritage hotel and a famous boating site. You wind up your day by enjoying a fun-filled camel safari. Relax overnight in the pre-booked hotel.
Day 4: Bikaner – Jaisalmer
Post breakfast, you will leave your hotel and travel to Jaisalmer. In the evening time enjoy camel safari in the nearby desert area. Come back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
After a taking some rest at your hotel, your Jaisalmer excursion will begin. Jaisalmer is the oasis of Thar desert, famous for the beautiful the beautiful Jaisalmer fort which was built by Rawal Jaisal in 17 century. It is one of the very few still living fort of the world, where ¼ of the population still lives inside the fort. You will visit the famous havelis of Jaisalmer such as Patawon ki Haveli, Salim Ji Ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli which were built by rich merchants during the 15th -16th centuries. Post this, you will be escorted to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 6: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur transfer
After a comfortable overnight stay and a hearty breakfast, you will set out on an expedition to Jodhpur, the blue city. It is the city of Mewar culture with vibrant colors of Rajasthan. After some rest at the hotel, you will be paying a visit to the Mehrangarh fort with seven fortified gateways which was built by Rao Jodha in 1460. You will pay a visit to Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan, Ghantaghar, and Balsamand Lake during Jodhpur excursion. Post this, you will be escorted to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 7: Jodhpur – Udaipur
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Udaipur. Upon your arrival at Udaipur, you will take some rest and then go for Udaipur sightseeing. Udaipur is known as the city of lakes and Venice of Rajasthan due to its 9 natural and artificial lakes that enhance the beauty of this magnificent town. The major places to visit in Udaipur are-the city palace of Udaipur made on the bank of Lake Pichola which is 400 years old palace and made with the blend of Rajasthani and Mughal style of architecture, the Lake palace situated in the lake Pichola, Jag Mandir, Jagdish temple and Monsoon Palace. Post breakfast, you will be paying a visit to all these places. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Udaipur Sightseeing
In the morning, you can relax in your hotel and later in the day, you can go shopping in the popular marketplaces like Hathi Pol Bazaar, Bada Bazaar, and Bapu Bazaar. You can spend the day in Gulab Bagha and Zoo which is the largest garden in Udaipur and also pay a visit to Ahar Cenotaphs. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 9: Udaipur – Pushkar
Early in the morning, you will leave for Pushkar, a small town situated in the laps of Aravali mountain range, mostly visited by Hindu pilgrims throughout the whole year. You will be taken to the Pushkar Lake which is considered a holy lake according to Hindu Mythologies and ancient Brahma temple which was built in 14th-century. As Pushkar has a lot of pilgrim sites, you can visit Brahma Temple, Savitri Mata Temple and go for a camel safari. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the Sunset Point. Overnight stay in the pre-booked hotel.
Day 10: Pushkar – Jaipur
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Jaipur and since Jaipur isn't much far away from Pushkar, you can directly go for sightseeing. The Pink City of Rajasthan is dotted with lots of heritage destinations that amaze every traveler who come to visit India. Post breakfast, you will be visiting Hawa Mahal palace or the wind palace with 953 windows and Jantar Mantar which is the biggest astronomical observatory to observe celestial objects with the naked eyes. Next to Jantar Mantar lies the City Palace, Jaipur which was once the home to the members of the royal family. Thereafter, you can visit the most renowned museum in Jaipur, Albert Hall, the oldest State Museum of Rajasthan which houses various artifacts, porcelain, Brahma Statue, Buddhist mural, and Lakshminarayan statue. You can gather some souvenirs from Bapu Bazaar and beautiful gemstones and jewelry at reasonable prices form Johri Bazaar of Jaipur. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Jaipur sightseeing
Post breakfast, you will be taken to the Amer fort, where you can choose to experience the elephant safari to reach the gateway of Amer Fort. Amer Fort is one of the most visited forts of India because of its unique blend of Rajput, Mughal and European style of architecture. Close to Amer Fort lies the Jaigarh Fort, built by Jai Singh II to protect Amer Fort. The Nahargarh Fort was also built by Jai Singh II as a retreat and lies close to the 2 forts overlooking Jaipur. Post this, you will be taken to the Jal Mahal palace which is situated right in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake welcoming various migratory birds in the months from November to January. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 12: Jaipur to Agra
After having your breakfast, you will leave for Agra, a beautiful city situated on the banks of River Yamuna. You will first visit one of the New Seven Wonders of the World – the Taj Mahal. It was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his late wife Mumtaz Mahal who died during childbirth. It was built in 1643 with the help of 20,000 artisans by white marble. You will visit this magnificent piece of art in the evening where you can enjoy the beauty of the Taj and Yamuna River with sunset. You will also be paying a visit to the Agra Fort which was a major residence of Mughal era before Delhi. You can try the sweet delicacy of Agra ‘Agra Petha’ on the streets outside Taj and Mughal cuisine in Agra as well. Other places to visit include Tomb of I'timÄd-Ud-Daulah, Akbar’s Tomb, Mehtab Bagh and Moti Masjid. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 13: Agra – Delhi
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Delhi where you can board your flight for an onward journey.
