Day 1: Delhi Arrival
Upon your arrival, you will be picked up by our staff member and escorted to your pre-booked hotel for some rest, the rest of the day is at leisure. Delhi is a hub for food junkies and Shopaholics, so you can pay a visit to Paratha Gali of Chandani Chowk to try some delicious Indian food and Hauz Khas for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi - Mukundgarh
​Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Mukundgarh. This city lies in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. This city, close to Nawalgarh, was established in 1857 and is a perfect place to experience the true nature of Rajasthan and understand the lifestyle of the people here. The most notable places to visit are the Ganeriwala and Kanoria Havelis. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 3: Mukundgarh – Khimsar
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will leave for Khimsar. After resting for a while, you will visit the Khimsar Fort which was built by Rao Kharamsji, 8th son of Rao Jodha of Jodhpur, in 1523. This Fort has its walls and doorways was scarred during wars and these scars still persist. You can enjoy a camel safari and visit sand dunes. Rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 4: Khimsar – Pokhran- Jaisalmer
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Pokhran, a city in the Jaisalmer district in the Thar region that served as a test site for India’s first underground nuclear weapon detonation. Here, you will be visiting the famous Pokharan Fort which is a 14th-century citadel, now being run by the royal family as a heritage hotel; Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmalji Ki Haveli.
After Pokhran Tour, you will be transferred to the Jaisalmer City with the help of the driver. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 5: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
Post a nice breakfast meal, you will leave your hotel and travel to Jaisalmer which is the oasis of Thar desert, famous for the beautiful Jaisalmer fort which was built by Rawal Jaisal in 17 century. It is one of the very few still living fort of the world, where ¼ of the population still lives inside the fort. You will visit the famous havelis of Jaisalmer such as Patawo ki Haveli, Salim Ji Ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli which were built by rich merchants during the 15th -16th centuries. Post this, you will be escorted to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 6: Jaisalmer – Khuri
Post breakfast, you will set out to visit to visit Khuri, a small village close to Jaisalmer. By visiting Khuri, you can get closer to rural Rajasthan and explore the unknown. You also get to visit the Khuri Sand Dunes and Sam Sand Dunes. The houses in Khuri are made up of mud and straws. You can spend the night in the desert camp where you can enjoy bonfire under a starlit sky with the folk songs and folk dance, Kalbeliya.
Day 7: Khuri – Jodhpur
After a wonderful night stay and a good cup of tea, you will move towards Jodhpur. After a comfortable overnight stay and a hearty breakfast, you will set out on an expedition to Jodhpur, the blue city. It is the city of Mewar culture with vibrant colors of Rajasthan. After some rest at the hotel, you will be paying a visit to the Mehrangarh fort with seven fortified gateways which was built by Rao Jodha in 1460. You will pay a visit to Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan, Ghantaghar, and Balsamand Lake during Jodhpur excursion. Post this, you will be escorted to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 8: Jodhpur – Rohet - Ghanerao
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Rohet which is a village in Pali district. It is a rural retreat on the outskirts of Jodhpur. Here you can have a pleasant stay in Rawla, the village Chieftain ’s house equipped with modern facilities including a swimming pool. You can enjoy a lot with a horse ride. Then, you will be on your way to Ghanerao, a village in Pali district where will visit Ghanerao Castle, Mahaveer Jain Temple which was constructed around 1020 CE. Later in the day, you can visit Ghanerao Jungle Lodge and have an overnight stay in Ghanerao.
Day 9: Ghanerao - Udaipur
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Udaipur. Upon your arrival at Udaipur, you will take some rest and then go for Udaipur sightseeing. Udaipur is known as the city of lakes and Venice of Rajasthan due to its 9 natural and artificial lakes that enhance the beauty of this magnificent town. The major places to visit in Udaipur are-the city palace of Udaipur made on the bank of Lake Pichola which is 400 years old palace and made with the blend of Rajasthani and Mughal style of architecture, the Lake palace situated in the lake Pichola, Jag Mandir, Jagdish temple and Monsoon Palace. Post breakfast, you will be paying a visit to all these places. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10: Udaipur Sightseeing
In the morning, you can relax in your hotel and later in the day, you can go shopping in the popular marketplaces like Hathi Pol Bazaar, Bada Bazaar, and Bapu Bazaar. You can spend the day in Gulab Bagha and Zoo which is the largest garden in Udaipur and also pay a visit to Ahar Cenotaphs. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 11: Udaipur - Chittaur - Bijaipur
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Chittorgarh and escorted to the hotel for some rest. You will visit the Chittor fort, which sings the song of ‘Jauhar’ by Rani Padmavati. You will visit the Vijaya Stambha, Meera temple, Kumbha palace and Rana Ratan palace that was built in a medieval century. From Chittor you can travel to Bijaipur where you can have an overnight stay in Castle Bijaipur.
Day 12: Bijaipur – Pushkar
In the morning, after breakfast, you will travel to Pushkar where you will rest a little in your hotel room. It is a small town situated in the laps of Aravali mountain range, mostly visited by Hindu pilgrims throughout the whole year. You will be taken to the Pushkar Lake which is considered a holy lake according to Hindu Mythologies and ancient Brahma temple which was built in 14th -century. As Pushkar has a lot of pilgrim sites, you can visit Brahma Temple, Savitri Mata Temple and go for a camel safari. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the Sunset Point. Overnight stay in the prebooked hotel.
Day 13: Pushkar – Jaipur
Post breakfast, you will be traveling to Jaipur, the Pink City. The Pink City of Rajasthan is dotted with lots of heritage destinations that amaze every traveler who come to visit India. Post breakfast, you will be taken to the Amer fort, where you can choose to experience the elephant safari to reach the gateway of Amer Fort. Amer Fort is one of the most visited forts of India because of its unique blend of Rajput, Mughal and European style of architecture. Post this, you will be visiting the Jal Mahal palace that situated right in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake, Hawa Mahal palace- wind palace with 953 windows and Jantar Mantar which is the biggest astronomical observatory to observe celestial objects with the naked eyes. You can gather some useful stuff from Bapu Bazaar and beautiful gemstones and jewelry at reasonable prices form Johri Bazaar of Jaipur. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 14: Jaipur – Bhandarej
A small village nearby to Jaipur in Dausa district is of special attraction for those who are looking forward to enjoying heritage life of rural Rajasthan. This place is famous for its terracotta vessels, lattice work, and handcrafted sculptures. Bada Baoli, the five-storied step well constructed in 1732 AD is center for attraction.
Day 15: Bharatpur Departure & Agra Nightstay
Today Keoladeo Bird sanctuary will be the first milestone that will be covered with the eye-captivating view of the rare migratory birds. After lunch, you will drive towards Agra where before reaching the destination you will take a short halt at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandon fort premises which was once the capital of Mughal Empire. Stay overnight at Agra.
Day 16: Agra Sightseeing
Post breakfast, you will explore the former seven wonder – Taj Mahal. It was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his late wife Mumtaz Mahal who died during childbirth. It was built in 1643 with the help of 20,000 artisans by white marble. You will be paying a visit to the Agra Fort afterward which was a major residence of Mughal era before Delhi. You can try the sweet delicacy of Agra ‘Agra Petha’ on the streets outside Taj and Mughal cuisine in Agra as well.
Day 17: Delhi Departure
With the help of the driver, you will get transferred to Delhi for boarding your scheduled flight.
